What services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services for children of all ages. Our specialties include dyslexia intervention and neurodiversity affirming Autism and ADHD therapy. Other targeted areas include articulation, language delays and disorders, social communication, and fluency. Please contact us if you have questions regarding bilingual Spanish-English services, childhood apraxia of speech, cleft lip/palate, or deaf/hard-of-hearing populations.
Where are your services available?
We provide in-person services in Cary, Illinois and surrounding areas within a set distance. Please contact us for more details regarding in-home sessions or opportunities to meet in-person at local community centers. We offer telehealth sessions throughout Illinois and Alaska.
What ages do you work with?
We work with children of all ages, tailoring therapy to each child’s developmental level and communication goals.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your child’s needs and how we can help.
Telehealth Services
How does telehealth speech therapy work?
Telehealth sessions are conducted via a secure video platform. Your child will participate in interactive, engaging therapy activities, just like in-person sessions, but from the comfort of home.
What do I need for a telehealth session?
You’ll need a computer or tablet with a webcam, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet, distraction-free space.
Is telehealth effective for young children?
Yes! Teletherapy can be highly effective, even for young children, especially with caregiver participation. We coach and involve caregivers as needed to make sessions fun and successful.
Scheduling and Policies
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can contact us directly through our website or email, or use our scheduling link to view available times and request an initial consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Do you provide therapy year-round?
Yes, we provide services year-round, including summer sessions, to support consistent progress and prevent regression.
Do you accept insurance?
We are in the process of being in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO. Private pay is also offered. We can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Additional insurance information will be provided at a later date.
What are your rates?
Rates vary depending on the type and length of service. Please contact us for our current fee schedule or to request a quote.
Do you offer any payment plans or sliding scale options?
We’re happy to discuss payment options on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to see how we can help.
How do you determine my child’s therapy goals?
We begin with a thorough evaluation and caregiver input. Goals are individualized based on your child’s needs, strengths, and developmental level. If a child has previous evaluations or therapy goals, we may be able to use or adapt them to begin therapy sooner.
What is your therapy style like?
Our sessions are playful, creative, and engaging! We use evidence-based techniques, personalized materials, and lots of encouragement to keep kids motivated and making progress.
Do you collaborate with schools or other professionals?
Absolutely. With your permission, we’re happy to coordinate care with teachers, IEP teams, and other providers to support consistent, whole-child progress.
